This weekend we did a couple of crafts and I wanted to share the clipboards my niece and I decorated with you.
All the paper on the orange button clipboard is from K & Company, and the other one has some paper from K & company and some from The Paper Studio. We did bling them up a bit with the i-rock tool from Imaginisce.
Both of them have been distressed with Tim Holtz distressing ink.
All the ribbon is many different kinds form my stash!
Enjoy!

Crazy Gingerbread Man!!
I am going to LOVE these action wobbles! I made a card tonight using them and can't stop playing with the card! I used the Gypsy's Smiley Cards Gingerbread man cut at 3.5 inches. Glammed him up with some with Imaginisce Pearl rocks using the i-Rock, gel pen and Peachy Keen Snow Cuties face stamp. The "Yum" bubble was cut at 1 inch.
The card is Kraft paper and the pattern paper is from DCWV Christmas Combo Value Stack.
Let me know what you think!

Butterfly Thank you Card
Wow, third post in one night! Ok so the other two posts were not of projects I have been making. You see I cannot show those yet as they are for a card swap group I belong to and I know some of you stalk me on here :). I hope the person I am making this for does not come to the blog for a few more days but I just had to share this card with you all as I think it turned out pretty nice.
I cut the butterfly at 3.5 inches from the Rock Princess cart. All the card stock I used for the butterfly were just scraps out of my scrap bags I have so I cannot tell you where they are from. I used stickles on many parts of the butterflies body. I did not adhere the antennae to the card as after I put the stickles on they did a neat curvy effect and I loved it. Yes a mistake that was a good one folks!
The base of the card is kraft color cardstock and cut at 5 x 7. I also had to use the faux stitching on the outside.
For each mat I cut them 1/8 of an inch smaller than the paper behind it. The purple is again from my scraps, but the paper on top with the circles is from the Colorbok Embellishment Punch Out Bright pack.
I don't remember what line of stamps the sentiment was stamped from. If I figure it out later I will be sure to let you know!
Thanks for taking time to come by and look and don't forget about my blog candy!
